~Rules When Posting Programs~
1. The program must not be a duplicate of a already posted program.
2. It may not contain a virus or any other program that can damage any ones computer, If it does cotain any viruses you will be banned and the thread and program will be deleted.
3. You must post a poll with the thread, If it gets enough Thumbs up it will be posted into our Locked threads.
4. You must have more than 20 post to contribute a program.
5. The program must be a High Quality Standard Program no rubbish ones that wont do anything.
6. You must get the download link from the website or the site that is hosting the file.
7. You are using these programs at your own risk, But I'm sure no one will be that bad to post any harmful programs
